• It can help you understand you and your colleagues’ own biases, and then adopt the correct procedures to deliver the best outcomes for you, your business and the client.
If you know the behaviours and the underlying reasons for the biases and the triggers, it can help you act as a behavioural coach to clients in getting them to understand and deal with their own biases. So I would ask you all to take behavioural finance into account.
