Govt eyes pension assets and commits to dashboard

“Over five million employees are still not saving into a workplace pension. That is why I am looking closely at the future implementation of the 2017 automatic enrolment review from the last government that recommended expanding it to younger workers and removing the lower earnings limit.”

The government also remained committed to delivering pensions dashboards as soon as possible.

“While it remains too early to confirm a launch date for public use, the government wants to ensure that the public can realise the benefits of using a pensions dashboard at the earliest opportunity.

“We welcome that schemes are working on their data, and I would encourage you to make use of all of our available guidance, in particular the updated standards released by the pensions dashboard program.
